Creating a project
- Open Mission Control.
- Select Create Project (or use the create button on a portfolio).
- In the project wizard, enter:
- Project name and description.
- Portfolio.
- Project manager and sponsor.
- Start and end dates.
- Methodology (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, Hybrid).
- Workstreams.
- Save the project.
Once created, open the project to add team members, tasks and RAID items.
Project Managers can create projects in portfolios they have access to. Organisation Administrators can create projects anywhere.
